Whether you're a newbie or a pro, you'll learn tips on gear, packing smart, and tackling those long rides. It's an in-person event, so come hang out, get your questions answered, and meet fellow bike lovers. Don't miss out on leveling up your adventure game! Hear from riders who’ve been there:	•	Tyler Reynolds — experienced bikepacking racer and the only rider to complete the full Texas Showdown Series in 2025	•	Carol Jovanelle — completed her first bikepacking event at the East Texas Showdown in 2024 and now part of Bikes or Death as an event organizer	•	Patrick Fansworth — Texas Showdown Series race director, sharing insights on preparation and event expectations We’ll cover:✔️ What gear is essential vs optional✔️ How to pack smart (and light)✔️ Bag setup &amp; weight distribution✔️ Beginner tips + race-proven tricks
