Yes. You can join the virtual forest therapy walk from indoors. Find a spot near a window where you can look out at a park or a tree. You can also find a place to sit near houseplants.

Can I get the same benefits from a virtual forest therapy walk as an in-person walk?

Online forest therapy works incredibly well. Your will be gently guided through a series of sensory invitations that you can do on your own, wherever you are. You will receive the same health benefits as an in-person walk. This is a wonderful way to connect with yourself, nature, and others.
