ABOUT THE TRIP

If you’re coming to Brazil for the events in Belo Horizonte, stay a few extra days to visit Daterra! We’ll show you everything there is to see: our plantations and processing units, our researches and experiments and, of course, our coffees! It’s an opportunity to learn about the quality and sustainability efforts in the biggest producing country of the world. Hurry up: there are only 20 tickets available.

LOGISTICS AND COSTS

You will need to pay your own hotel bookings and a RSVP donation in order to secure your reservation. Transportation and meals are courtesy of Daterra.

RSVP donation: BRL 190 (around USD 50) + fees.
The full amount of all RSVP are reverted to Daterra’s funding for social projects in our community.

TRANSPORTATION
We’ll have a bus departing from Belo Horizonte on Sunday morning, November 11th. The bus will take us to Patrocínio (MG), where our farms are located. There are no charges for the bus ride. We will also provide transportation daily from the farm to hotel.

We will have tranportation on November 14th going to Belo Horizonte and and another one going to Uberlândia.

ACCOMODATIONS
You will need to book your stay at a hotel in Patrocínio for the following dates:
Check in – November 11th
Check out – November 14th

We recommend staying at the Guines Palace Hotel, as we have a discount for the event.
Fare: 180 BRL per night (discounted rate) + fares

We can make the reservation for you, but all expenses should be paid by guest at checkout.

MEALS
We’ll offer lunch and dinner all days of your visit, cooked by the farm kitchen staff. There are no charges for the meals during your stay. Breakfast is included at the hotel’s fare.
