Hatha Yoga flow with Amilton

About this event

This is a 60 minute Hatha Yoga, which will focus on breath awareness, building flexibility, strength, and balance.

Integrate what is done on the mat to your life in a natural and joyful way.

This class is a combination of meditation, breathing techniques (pranayamas), yoga postures (asanas), and relaxation.

• All levels (From beginners to advance) and ages are welcome.

• Have your mat and a cushion ready to sit on

• Best not to eat anything 2-3 hours before the class (if you need to eat, you can eat something light like a banana)

• Not suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, heart diseases, or severe back injuries. Please email me if there is any medical condition I should know about before the class.
