É com alegria que recebemos você para participar do Retiro de silêncio Navaratri com Sri Prem Baba, que acontece entre os dias 29.09 e 06.10, no Novo Portal do Beija-flor em Alto Paraíso.

O Navaratri acontece em formato de imersão, sendo necessário que todo participante esteja hospedado no Novo Portal do Beija-flor durante o período do retiro.

Para participar você precisa realizar sua inscrição e reservar a sua hospedagem em links separados. Após a conclusão da inscrição e da hospedagem sua participação estará confirmada.

Ao finalizar a sua inscrição você receberá um número e com ele poderá realizar a reserva de sua hospedagem.

O Retiro NAVARATRI acontece em um período considerado propício para o mergulho interior.

No oriente, mais especificamente na Índia, o Navaratri é considerado um dos mais importantes festivais hindus. Aqui no Brasil, os participantes do Retiro terão a oportunidade de entrar em contato com os ensinamentos transmitidos por Sri Prem Baba em meio a exuberância do cerrado da Chapada dos Veadeiros.

Serão 8 dias de contato íntimo com a natureza interior, em um mergulho profundo e curador.

O Navaratri é um portal do despertar da consciência, que promove o encontro com as sutis potencialidades inerentes a cada um de nós, abrindo o nosso coração e a nossa mente para a percepção do que realmente somos.

IMPORTANTE: Sobre o Silêncio e o Campo Estabelecido Durante o Retiro

A data de check-In dia 29/09 é a preparação do campo ideal para o silêncio. Solicitamos a atenção e o compromisso de todos para que já nesse dia permaneçam livres do uso de álcool e/ou qualquer outro tipo de substância entorpecente. O uso de álcool, drogas e tabaco é expressamente proibido nas dependências do Novo Portal do Beija-flor.

A abertura oficial do evento com Sri Prem Baba será às 20h30 do dia 29/09 e desde esse momento o campo de silêncio já estará totalmente estabelecido e os aparelhos celulares serão recolhidos de acordo com a orientação que você receberá no check-in. Por gentileza, prepare-se para entregá-lo, assim como computador e tablets também não serão permitidos.

No caso de mães/pais de crianças pequenas que precisem telefonar, haverá um aparelho e horário estabelecido para esse fim, essa informação também será passada na sua entrada.

Pedimos ainda o compromisso de todos em não divulgar, mencionar ou publicar qualquer foto, imagem ou texto que faça referência ao retiro nas redes sociais.

INSCRIÇÕES E VALORES

Para confirmar a sua participação no Navaratri é necessário que você siga as seguintes etapas:

1. Faça a sua inscrição clicando no botão localizado no canto direito superior desta página, preencha os dados solicitados e realize o pagamento. Você receberá um email de confirmação com seu número de inscrito e o link para efetuar a reserva da sua hospedagem;

2. Acesse a página para a reserva a partir do link enviado por email e utilize o número de inscrito que recebeu para preencher o formulário de reserva. Escolha a sua acomodação e realize o pagamento.

FORMAS DE PAGAMENTO

• O pagamento poderá ser feito com cartão de crédito ou boleto bancário, à sua escolha, somente por este sistema online.

• O valor mencionado não inclui transporte até o local do Retiro;

• Atenção à política de cancelamento descrita ao final da página.

Aviso aos Estrangeiros:

• Para evitar que você tenha qualquer inconveniente com o pagamento feito com seu cartão de crédito internacional, por favor, leia com atenção as seguintes instruções:

• Seu cartão talvez precise ser desbloqueado para permitir pagamentos para o Brasil via internet. Você pode ter que ligar para sua empresa de cartão de crédito para autorizar o pagamento através de seu sistema de internet banking;

• Certifique-se de escolher apenas "uma parcela" para a opção de pagamento. Infelizmente, não teremos a opção de parcelamento para os titulares de cartões internacionais;

TRANSPORTE

O município de Alto Paraíso fica localizado no estado de Goiás, a aproximadamente 230km de Brasília. É importante que você planeje o seu transporte até o local do retiro e esteja atento ao tempo de deslocamento (cerca de 3 horas a partir do aeroporto de Brasília), lembrando que o check in acontece no dia 29/09 até às 18h00 e o checkout no dia 06/10 até às 15h00.

Organizaremos um grupo de caronas e compartilhamento de informações sobre transporte BSB/A.PARAÍSO A.PARAÍSO/BSB. Você receberá o link de acesso ao grupo no email de confirmação da sua inscrição.

ANTES DE IR PARA O RETIRO

- Se você passou por um tratamento psiquiátrico nos últimos dois anos ou se possui um histórico de transtornos psiquiátricos, por favor, escreva para: relacionamento@novoportaldobeijaflor.com.br

- Todo participante assumirá a responsabilidade sobre a própria saúde, perda ou dano de quaisquer objetos e/ou valores pessoais durante a estadia;

- Pessoas com idade abaixo de 18 anos não poderão participar do retiro.

OBSERVAÇÕES E INSTRUÇÕES GERAIS

- Este é um retiro fechado de 6 noites e 7 dias. Não será permitida a entrada ou saída após o seu início no dia 29 de setembro, e antes do último dia na manhã de 06 de outubro. Todos os inscritos deverão participar do retiro completo, sem exceções.

- Check-in dia 29 de setembro a partir das 14h00 até às 18h00 e o check-out no dia 06 de outubro das 14h00 às 15h00.

- Drogas de qualquer tipo (inclusive tabaco e álcool) são expressamente proibidas durante o retiro.

- Faremos o nosso melhor para servir uma dieta vegetariana simples, saudável e gostosa, com alimentos veganos e opções de alimentos sem glúten sempre que possível, mas não seremos capazes de atender a nenhuma solicitação individual em relação à alimentação.

- As necessidades médicas serão encaminhadas para o atendimento na cidade, faremos o possível para organizarmos uma equipe Voluntária de médicos.

- A organização de retiro se reserva o direito de pedir aos participantes que deixem o local se houver comportamento inadequado ou em não conformidade com as diretrizes pré-estabelecidas.

It is with joy that we welcome you to attend the Navaratri Silent Retreat with Sri Prem Baba, which takes place from 09/29 to 10/06 at the Novo Portal do Beija-flor in Alto Paraíso, Brazil.

Navaratri takes place in an immersion format, requiring that every participant be hosted at the Novo Portal do Beija-flor during the period of the retreat.

To participate you need to register and book your accommodation on separate links. Upon completion of registration and accommodation your participation will be confirmed.

At the end of your registration you will receive a number and with it you can book your accommodation.

IMPORTANT: About Silence and the established field during the retreat

The check-In date on 09/29 is the preparation for the ideal field of silence. We urge everyone's attention and commitment to abstain from the use of alcohol and/or any other type of narcotic substance on that day. The use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco is expressly prohibited in the facilities of the Novo Portal do Beija-flor.

The official opening of the event with Sri Prem Baba will be at 8.30pm on September 29th and from that moment the field of silence will be fully established and the cellphones will be collected according to the orientation you will receive at check-in. Please be prepared to hand it over as well as your computer and tablet, for they will not be allowed either.

In the case of mothers/fathers of young children who need to call, there will be a phone and time set for this purpose, this information will also be provided at check in.

We also urge everyone to agree not to disclose, mention or post any photo, image or text that refers to retreat on social media.

REGISTRATION

In order to confirm your participation in Navaratri you need to follow these steps:

1. Register by clicking on the button located in the upper right corner of this page, fill in the requested data and make the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration number and the link to book your accommodation;

2. Access the booking page from the emailed link and use the registration number you received to fill out the booking form. Choose your accommodation and make the payment.

Upon completion of both steps your participation in the retreat is confirmed.

RETREAT PRICES

. The price of the retreat regardless of the chosen accommodation is R$1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred Brazilian Real) in cash;

. The amount can be paid in up to 12 installments (with accrued interest);

. In order to avoid having any inconvenience with your international credit card payment, please read the following instructions carefully:

TRANSPORT

The city of Alto Paraíso is located in the state of Goiás, approximately 230km from Brasilia. It is important that you plan your transportation to the site of the retreat and be aware of the commute time (about 3 hours from Brasilia airport), remembering that check-in takes place on 09/29 until 6pm and checkout on 10/06 until 3pm.

We will organize a ride sharing and information group about transportation Brasília (BSB) / A.PARAÍSO A.PARAÍSO / BSB. You will receive the group access link in the confirmation email of your registration.

BEFORE GOING TO RETREAT

- If you have had psychiatric treatment in the last two years or if you have a history of psychiatric disorders, please write to: relacionamento@novoportaldobeijaflor.com.br

- Each participant will take responsibility for their own health, loss or damage to any objects and/or personal valuables ​​during the stay;

- People under the age of 18 will not be able to attend the retreat.

GENERAL OBSERVATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS

- This is a closed 6 night and 7 day retreat. Entry or departure will not be permitted after its commencement on September 29th, and before the last day on the morning of October 6th. All registrants must attend the full retreat, no exceptions;

- Check in on September 29th from 2pm until 6pm and check out on October 6th from 2pm to 3pm;

- Drugs of any kind (including tobacco and alcohol) are expressly prohibited during the retreat;

- We will do our best to serve a simple, healthy and tasty vegetarian diet, with vegan foods and gluten-free food options whenever possible, but we will not be able to meet any individual dietary requirements;

- Medical needs will be forwarded to the city service, we will do our best to organize a Volunteer team of doctors;

- The retreat organization reserves the right to ask participants to leave the venue if there is inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with pre-established guidelines.
