About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
These days, so much of life happens between walls, behind screens, on concrete paths, in the rush of noise and notifications.Little by little, without meaning to, we drift from something essential:
🌍 We are nature.
This 90-minute online gathering is an invitation to slow down, to feel and to remember our deep connection with the Earth — through conscious movement, stillness and honest reflection.
Together, we will explore:✨ Why we’ve become disconnected from nature✨ The emotional and spiritual cost of this disconnection✨ Conscious movement inspired by the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air✨ A grounding, healing nature-based meditation✨ Simple, powerful ways to bring awareness of nature back into your daily life
This is not a performance. There is no right way to “do it.” Just presence, breath, and willingness to come home: to the body, to the Earth and to the wisdom held within.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply longing to be more in tune with the Earth, this experience will offer space, silence, and soulful reconnection.
Prepare your space & self
- Be in a quiet space where you can move and lie down

- Bring something natural to hold (a stone, a leaf, a flower, if you wish)
- Set an intention
You are welcome as you are
No prior experience with meditation or movement is needed.
This is a space for all bodies, all feelings, all rhythms.
Let nature hold you. Let your body remember. Let awareness bring you home.

This gathering isn’t tied to any religion, but we draw gentle inspiration from Indigenous wisdom, being rooted in a nature-based worldview: one that sees the Earth as sacred and all life as interconnected.
