Meet your hosts

Claudio Dipolitto is leading Zebras Unite Rio Chapter and co-creating the Zebras Unite Learning Circle.

He is passionate about innovations that make the world better. That's why Dr. Dipolitto founded InoveLab Innovation Atelier and created HoPE Canvas, a visual tool to design purpose-driven business models, and Inovemus 360, a hands-on journey from ideation to validation of impact business models, certified by ABMEN – Brazilian Association of Business Mentors. Hope Canvas is the core of the Inovemus 360, which integrates a mindfulness approach with business design methods.

As a business teacher and mentor, Claudio helped and taught well over two hundred startups in the Coppe/UFRJ and UFF business incubators, and in many acceleration programs, namely AGIR (UFF Incubator), Startup Portimão (Portugal), All For Food (A4F), Startout Colombia (Anprotec), Inova SP, Founder Institute, Shell Iniciativa Jovem (Shell LiveWIRE) and Swiss Nex. Claudio is the Innovation Director at ABMEN.

At FGV business school, he coordinated the MBA in Cultural Production and Creative Economy. At Darcy Ribeiro Film School, he created the executive program Innovation in the Audiovisual Industry.

Claudio holds a Doctor degree at Coppe/UFRJ, researching the decision processes of startup founders, and is certified as an adjunct instructor by the UC Berkeley Lean Startup Program.

Dr. Dipolitto was awarded the Creative Economy Award in the Training in Creative Skills Category, promoted by the Creative Economy Department of the Ministry of Culture of Brazil, in 2012.

Asetila Koestinger is leading Zebras Unite Viena Chapter and co-creating the Zebras Unite Learning Circle.

She is a catalyst and a community builder, helping first-time founders and SMEs to build solutions that are technologically appropriate, environmentally sustainable, culturally acceptable, and economically viable.

As an impact entrepreneur and CEO, she runs her two companies Greenwell Energy and Koestinger Consulting both aligned with at least one of the SDGs. For over two decades she has worked as a consultant and expert in different SME projects, private ventures, and start-up ecosystems.

Some of the projects she designed and co-created are WeDO5, SDG Innovation Lab, Export Stars, GoodStartup School.

Asetila speaks, trains, and writes regularly about the implications of inclusiveness, impact. and innovation in sustainable entrepreneurship.

Asetila holds a Master of Science in International Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and is a prospective Ph.D. in International Economic Relations and Management. She is a certified management consultant CMC and certified export consultant CEC.

She was awarded the European Good Practice Award in training in SME Internationalisation by the ETF European Training Foundation in 2018.
