<h2>THE NEW HUMAN - Meditation Group &amp; Talk </h2>April 20th | from 7:15pm to 8:15pmS﻿UBJECT: From Grief to Enlightenment in your life - building an extraordinary life-﻿-----What is the “New Human – Meditation Group &amp; Talk?”The goal of this group is to bring awareness of the Power of Meditation and New Age studies to humanity through meetings that unite: •	Talks (15-minute talk on subjects focused on self-development, mental health, and expansion of consciousness);•	Guided meditation with relaxation and healing so that the sphere of connection with body, mind, and spirit is created.The Structure 1-hour meetings that take place every two weeks and address different themes, but complementary to each experience •	Opening Meditation | 10 minutes•	Talk about the theme of the day | 15 minutes •	Sharing with participants | 15 minutes •	Final Healing &amp; Guided Meditation with relaxation | 20 minutes

<h3>The 5 principles </h3>Meditation is an act of connection with all our senses. When we are present in the TOTAL experience, we activate our body's synesthesia and thus our intuition and the portal of connection to downloads, insights and our inner truth. In this group, we have the 5 principles that will always be followed:<h3></h3>1. Openness | Feeling the feeling and recognizing the intention of the encounter2. Talk | Listening with the heart 3. Sharing | Expressing with the heart 4. Meditation &amp; Healing | Allowing yourself to receive the blessings of the Universe 5. Integration | Learning from experience

Why "The New Human"? We are in a moment of planetary transition. A moment in which we transcend an old frequency in which we followed the threshold of fear, beliefs and limitations, internal conflicts, and disconnection with who we are to enter an Age of Aquarius - innovative, sustainable, aligned with the Universal source and where all humans will be in search of and encounter with their inner and higher self (their hearts). The New Human is the one who allows himself to go through the transition process, seeing it as an opportunity for evolution and expansion of his consciousness. The surrender to self-knowledge brings us to a place of intuitive, honesty with ourselves, and acceptance and integration of all our fragments and experiences. The learnings become diamonds that propel us to build a story based on love, truth, light, and a solid and indestructible foundation.THE MESSAGE OF THIS EXPERIENCEThe group aims to bring essential messages that are being discussed/addressed in today's society without religious or political ties. We will be open to understand paths and directions that are coherent with ourselves to design a more aligned life and a conscious future for the next generations.

The Suggestion Box After the experience, the student will be able to suggest themes that he/she/they feels are relevant for the next meetings. In an organic format, we will have a small box during the Meditation for the student to deposit the paper with the suggested theme, where we will curate these ideas for the next meetings. Who is the New Human - Meditation Group &amp; Talk for?For everyone who wishes to study more about the New Planetary Age, the new humans (that's us), and meditation in a unified way. You don't have to attend every meeting to get the message of the Group because each one will be different and complementary at the same time.
