FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SEND BRASIL 2026

WHAT DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE?

Your ticket grants you individual access to The Send Brasil 2026 for the full 12-hour event.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE SEND TAKE PLACE?

The Send Brasil 2026 will happen on Saturday, January 31st, 2026, from 9 AM to 9 PM (Brasília Time), in two locations simultaneously:

• Arena de Pernambuco: Avenida Deus é Fiel, 1 - Penedo, São Lourenço da Mata - PE, 54710-010.
• Mangueirão Stadium: Rodovia Augusto Montenegro, Km 3 - Mangueirão, Belém - PA, 66640-000.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Send is a one-day mobilization event. It lasts for 12 hours and is divided into blocks with specific objectives.

IS MY TICKET TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. If you're no longer able to attend The Send Brasil 2026, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just log in to the official registration website using the same email you used to buy your ticket, and there you can update the information.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET FROM ONE STADIUM TO ANOTHER?

Ticket transfers between stadiums are subject to availability and will be allowed starting from the 5th day after registrations open. To request a transfer, please fill out the form at: contato@thesend.org.br

I PURCHASED A TICKET. CAN I ATTEND ONLY PART OF THE EVENT?

Yes, you can attend just a portion of the event if you’re unable to stay the whole time. However, there is no reduced price for partial attendance.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Registrations may be canceled within 7 days from the purchase date, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Not attending the event does not entitle you to a refund.

HALF-PRICE TICKETS (MEIA-ENTRADA)

There are no half-price tickets for this event.*

The event organizers clarify that The Send is not subject to Law 12.933/2013, known as the Federal Half-Price Law, because it promotes religious ministry services and religious conferences. The law only applies to students attending movies, theaters, musical performances, sporting events, and leisure/entertainment shows across Brazil.

PAYMENT METHODS

Registrations can be made through the official The Send Brasil 2026 website.
All purchases must be made through our official channels. Payment options include:

• Credit card (with installment options)
• PIX (Brazilian instant payment)
• Bank slip (Boleto Bancário) – available up to 15 days before the event

THE SEND BRASIL 2026 KIT

The Send Kit is an optional upgrade you can add to any ticket at checkout for R$149, and it includes:

• Drawstring backpack
• Mug
• Bible
• Moleskine notebook
• Pen

Purchasing the Kit alone does not grant access to the event.

WILL THERE BE FOOD OPTIONS AT THE EVENT?

Yes, there will be food vendors on-site.

I'M A FOREIGNER. HOW CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

International buyers can register directly through the website.

WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT?

Entry to The Send Brasil 2026 follows these guidelines:

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Proof of age and relationship with the guardian will be required at the entrance (valid photo ID).
• Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without a refund.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE VENUE DURING THE EVENT?

No. For security and city regulation reasons (as directed by police and fire departments), once you leave the venue, you may not return.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, Arena Pernambuco has on-site parking, charged separately from the event ticket.

The Send exists to mobilize and awaken our generation to live out the Great Commission in a practical and transformative way.

Launched in 2019 as a global movement, The Send unites different ministries around a common mission — to fulfill the Great Commission (Mark 16:15).
For 12 continuous hours, the event features worship, intercession, missions awareness, and practical commitments to impact different areas.
