Many journeys with Compassionate Voices begin in our wellbeing and empowerment journalling workshops. Our Connection Cafés offer gentle spaces to meet the team, learn about our services, or pick up a leaflet before joining a session.

A supportive, therapeutic workshop helping women understand their emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and rebuild confidence through a creative, compassionate alternative to CBT.

Girls‑only wellbeing workshops for ages 10–14 and 15–17, inspired by The Power of YOU. Using a creative, therapeutic method often compared to CBT, these sessions help girls understand emotions, build confidence, and grow in a safe, supportive space.
