Sales tax exempt organizations by jurisdiction
If you’re a U.S. organizer exempt from state, county, and/or local sales tax, you may qualify to have sales tax waived in jurisdictions where Eventbrite facilitates the collection of sales tax. The tax exemption process varies depending on your event location. Please send documentation for all jurisdictions listed below where you are hosting events—not your federal documentation. If your event is in a jurisdiction not listed below, Eventbrite is not facilitating the collection of tax in that jurisdiction and you do not need to send us any documentation.
