I’m Clare (Ishaani), a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Alchemy Crystal Bowl sound healer based in South East London & Kent. After years working in the fast-paced retail world, I now create calm, accessible spaces for busy women to reset their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves. My classes blend breathwork, gentle movement and sound in a way that feels simple, grounded, and rooted in real life.
