Hot Girls Heal

Hot Girls Heal is a Gen Z mental health collective built on peer support and community. We create intentional spaces for twenty-something women to connect, share their experiences, and prioritize their wellbeing. Through weekly conversations, events, and community building, we make mental health accessible, relatable, and—most importantly—something we do together.
