Cumberland Valley School Of Music

Founded in 1990, the Cumberland Valley School of Music (CVSM) is a non-profit organization and a full member of the National Guild for Community Arts Education.

Our offices and primary studios are located in Thomson Hall at Wilson College, where we offer a wide range of lessons, classes, workshops, and summer camps and present recitals and concerts in the beautiful Thomson Alumnae Chapel, which houses two Steinway Concert Grand pianos and a recently renovated Moller Organ. We also offer instruction at:

–CVSM Studio at 32 W. Main St. and Music Makers, Waynesboro, PA

-Growing with Music at 42 Center Square, Greencastle, PA

-Mercersburg Academy, Mercersburg, PA

-John Wesley UMC, Hagerstown, MD

Over 750 students are enrolled at CVSM in a given year, served by over 50 highly

qualified faculty members.

As a Menchey Music affiliate, we have two locations to serve your needs: at our

primary location in Chambersburg and in Greencastle. We offer instrument

rentals and purchases, as well as sales of music, books, and accessories.
