Hi! My name is Tracy. I am a Transformational Health and Life Coach and a Functional Nutrition Counselor.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed with the demands and expectations of a healthy lifestyle. I simplify health and wellness and empower you to make the changes that work for your unique lifestyle-body, mind, and soul.
At Mind Your Wellness, Health and Life Coaching, I guide clients through my 4 Pillars of Health-Sleep, Nutrition, Stress Resilience, and Movement-to create balance and lasting lifestyle change.
If you’ve ever felt maxed out by all the conflicting wellness advice out there, you’re not alone. My passion is helping you tune out the noise and tune into yourself, so you can discover what your body truly needs and feel confident in your own path to wellness.
With over 20 years of combined experience as a Counselor and a Coach, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of guiding individuals towards discovering their inner strength and potential. I believe that the answers and solutions we seek are already within us. I specialize in helping clients bridge the gap between knowing what to do and taking action, empowering them to cultivate lasting change in their lives.
I became a Health and Life Coach because I wanted to offer something different. Not another plan. Not another set of rigid rules. But a thoughtful, sustainable approach to well-being that honors your individuality and cuts through the noise of conflicting advice. Health should feel supportive, not stressful.
Health and wellness is not a one-path-works-for-all type of journey, it needs to be individualized and is best achieved with a holistic approach. My services are rooted in what I refer to as the 4 Pillars of Health: Sleep, Nutrition, Movement and Relaxation. My customized coaching programs address each of these pillars for you to achieve optimal health and overall wellness.
