The Goldstone-Piccirillo Foundation
Marilyn Goldstone was a community relations representative for American Medical Response (AMR). Marilyn gave her heart and soul to make sure the people in Bridgeport who were less fortunate had the basics of life. She gathered volunteers throughout the year to provide warm clothing in the cold months, food for those who were hungry, and especially toys for the children who would normally go without during the holidays.
Sadly, Marilyn passed away in 2007. Those who worked closely with her promised her we would carry on her mission. In 2011, we formed a non-profit organization and named it after her. The Marilyn Goldstone Foundation has provided turkeys with the trimmings, warm clothes, and toys to thousands of people in and around the City of Bridgeport.
We are very proud of the work Marilyn did. There are so many people involved in this organization and more join us every year. Please help us provide these basic necessities of life to those who are struggling. A family who lost everything due to a house fire, parents who are laid off from their jobs and can't afford the holidays, everyday men, women, and children who struggle to live because they are malnourished are just some of the people we look to help.
