Aimee Bucher, Executive Producer

Aimee Bucher is the Founder & CEO of Harrison Latham where she is dedicated to creating happier workplaces. She serves on the Boards of Directors for Gross National Happiness USA and Allen County Children Services; she is the Executive Producer for TEDxFaurotPark, and a founding member of the newly formed Lima Pride Organization. Aimee has worked with a diverse range of organizations, from start ups, educational institutions, non-profits, and government agencies to global companies including Google, Moderna, Deloitte, US Air Force, The LEGO Group, Mars, Inc., Four Seasons Hotels, IBM, Roche, and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as individuals seeking personal growth and happiness.

Aimee is an accomplished speaker and published author. She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Energy Leadership Index, Performance Gap Indicator, and she is a Global DEI Benchmarks Certified Practitioner. She earned degrees from Miami University and The Ohio State University, and her career has taken many interesting turns. She launched her first business at age 12, taught music at both the high school and undergraduate levels, owned a web design agency, and served in an executive role at a marketing firm.

Aimee will tell you she has now found her true purpose: helping people create happiness. Outside of her professional life, she is a classically trained pianist, volunteer court mediator, actress, improv group founder, mother of five, and passionate social justice volunteer.
