4th Dimension Publishing was formed in 2021 with the purpose of delivering compelling recovery content and promoting Emotional Sobriety to a broad audience. 4th Dimension Publishing successfully launched Allen's 6th book in 2021,12 Essential Insights to Emotional Sobriety. This book has become a touchstone for emotional sobriety with people from all walks of recovery.

To address the need to delve deeper into this subject the Emotional Sobriety Study Area was created. This is a subscription-based platform for workshops, streaming media and Emotional Sobriety resources. Both the book and study area have helped countless people achieve and enhance their emotional sobriety.
