The Sweat Shop in Franklin, IN is owned by Amy Skirvin. It's a women-only fitness studio offering Zumba, Step, Strength, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Boot Camps, and country line dancing classes. We also host community-centered events like country line-dancing nights, barn dances, fitness challenges, themed holiday parties, and women’s wellness events. Our mission: create a space where women feel strong, supported, and ready to have fun.
