I have been a foodie all my life; the earliest memory of being invested in cooking is when I was 8 years old - I came back from school, and was extremely hungry, so was watching my mother make rotis (Indian flat bread) eagerly waiting to grab one, while getting a striking realisation that the process is so fascinating. So there began my routine of coming back from school and watching my mother cook everyday, observing every little step and understanding every flavour, since then I have never looked back. My love for food and cooking has grown with time esp. through varied travel experiences across India and the world. Being an animal lover, activist and a sustainable lifestyle practitioner - all my recipes are completely vegan, healthy with an interesting spin on traditional Indian cooking. My only aim is to witness and amaze them with these unique vegan dishes.
