Lightwork Spiritual Development
Lightwork is a vibrant online community that teaches Lightwork meditation and energy management life skills. Lightwork is a step by step form of meditation done seated in a chair that works for busy minds. You learn to guide your mind through a set of meditation techniques, helping it to calm down so you can see the bigger picture. When you get control over a hectic, analyzing mind, you switch into a place where you have a much, much bigger perspective. You open up a quieter, calmer inner space where you are better able to thrive in anything you do.
Lightwork was founded in 1995 by Scott Robinson and offers introductory and advanced online programs. It is supported by 12 dedicated staff and instructors, and is based at the Lightwork Ecovillage on Gambier Island, B.C.
