The men of Omega Psi Phi. Chi Epsilon Alumni sponsor's this annual event to promote scholarships for deserving students who attend Albany State University. This annual event is held in honor of our most beloved brother Albert W. 'Smitty' Smith. A loving and long living man of Omega Psi Phi initiated through Chi Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fall 1966.
