Qualified lead auditor ISO 9001, LLM Food Law, BSc Food Science and Health with over 15 yrs manufacturing experience & 10 yrs hospitality experience. Part of teams who launched over 100 products to market in the UK and Ireland for retail and foodservice, from concept to market. Completed a feasibility for a manufacturing company to set up in Ireland. Now executing this in 3 phases with phase 1 MIA certification of the site completed on time and moving to phase 2 for completion early 2025. I’ve a track record for consistent reliability for delivering projects, communicating with all key stake holders, implementing change and new procedures, systems and products. Includes all aspects from raw materials sourcing, quality, compliance, lean operations, safety and customer requirements.
2024
Achieved MIA certification from the HPRA for brand new site within 6 months. (Included QMS, GMP, GDP project management and building fit out)
2023: GMP, ISO 45001 and 14001 lead auditor managed ISO 9001 certification of a fleet management compliance app, haulage company and secured a lease for a GMP facility in North Kerry (feasibility, site identification, liaison and BDM for site once lease secured).
2022: implementing real and long lasting lean principles in engineering company, achieving ISO 9001, EN1090 & BRCGS certification for clients.
2021: project managed build from blank warehouse to high care facility. Supplying RTE products into over 15 retailers & foodservice customers. (Bringing a manufacturing plant from concept to operations, certification and product to market for a third time).
If we set an end date for the dream, we make the plan and the team achieve it (on time and within budget when I manage it)!
