Mini Changemakers

Mini Changemakers is a Frederick-based volunteer program dedicated to empowering children and their families to serve the community together.

We offer two programs, both free for participants: The Mini Changemakers Class, an interactive caregiver & child class held at Common Market designed to spark a love of service in preschoolers through age-appropriate service projects and themed creative play, and monthly volunteering events for the whole family. We seek to make volunteering accessible for families with young children, an age group often overlooked in traditional service opportunities.

All of our programs make a real impact on local organizations. In fact, since launching in October 2025, MIni Changemakers has given kids from 20+ families the experience of making a difference, serving more than 10 local organizations and donating 150+ items.
