Hi, I’m Andrijana, a yoga and meditation teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide, and founder of Play and Pause Yoga. With over 1,000 hours of yoga training, a background in psychology, and more than a decade of teaching, I create soulful, grounded, and science-backed spaces for people to reconnect with themselves.
My work weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, psychology, and nervous system wisdom into a gentle, transformative approach I call Conscious Rest - a way of living where rest becomes clarity, movement becomes medicine, and breath becomes an anchor back home to yourself.
