Tad Andrew Richardson, LMT
Born in Everett and raised in Bothell, Tad has a deep connection to this place. Growing up in the 80’s, he played soccer at St. Edward Park, rode his bike on the nearby Burke-Gilman trail, and paddled his canoe down the Sammamish Slough from Bothell Landing to Lake Washington.
Now an intuitive body and energy worker, Tad believes that “The Body Keeps the Score”. His deeply grounded, earth-rooted touch uses Trager-inspired rhythmic rocking, gentle traction, lengthening, and precise pressure to settle your nervous system and unwind old holding patterns. A certified Shinrin-Yoku (forest-bathing) guide, Reiki Master, and community Grief Tender, Tad weaves eco-somatic bodywork with ritual attention so you leave feeling spacious and at home in your body.
Before clinical practice, Tad spent two decades on the leading edge of the digital advertising industry - from a “baptism’ in big brand advertising with the Disney Internet Group, to pioneering data-driven digital growth strategies for Fortune 50 advertisers, and most recently co-founding Abundant Marketing Collective and advising hundreds of small businesses and non-profits like Meals on Wheels, The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, and Business Impact NW.
