Our mission is to harness the collective power and experience of women in cell and gene therapy through enabling local community-led networks.

We are working to create a series of events to connect more women in the CGT sector, events created by local communities for the community. Allowing, at a local level, groups of women to meet, network and empower each other to success. To forge friendships and connections in business, providing wider networks that will support each other as we navigate careers and life.
