I am inspired and fueled by Nature, and in 2018 was Certified as a Forest Therapy Guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT) in the US. The ANFT is the leading global voice for forest therapy, setting the standards for nature and forest therapy guides worldwide.I bring a diverse skill-set and over 35 years of facilitation and guiding experience to my work. Born in Vancouver, I first began guiding people in Nature in 1986 when I was a horseback guide in Jasper, Alberta, and then in Australia. Working with animals and being in nature on a daily basis was a dream. It was then that I realized the benefits of being immersed by nature and the positive effects it had on me, and others.I am also a Licensed End of Life Designer, and use a heart-centered approach to end-of-life, advance-care planning and education using coaching tools, including the full menu of inquiry-based Willow Workshops™.
