These free events provide support and resources to complete an Advance Care Directive which empowers you to make clear legal arrangements for your future health care, end of life, preferred living plans and other personal matters.

These events are informal gatherings to share your life experiences and views as well as gaining new information on a wide range of topics. Refreshments are provided and the focus is upon enjoying conversations that can create great impact.

These events encourage older people to challenge ageist stereotypes that may be holding them back. It’s never too late and you’re never too old — life can still be lived to the fullest
