The Clipper was bought by Nudge in 2018 with the support of local people making investment into the space. Over the years there have been lots of local diverse events and community cafes. It is currently home to Plymouth Jollof Kitchen.

One of Union Street's most iconic buildings, the 1930's cinema was purchased by us and Eat Work Art in September 2020. So far the building has seen private party's, degree shows, networking events, shareholder evenings and recently a local boxing gym.
