Selenia Rodriguez is a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master and Certified Sound Healer who works with highly sensitive, intuitive, and empathic individuals who are burnt out from constantly prioritizing everyone's pain, needs, and healing over their own.

Selenia learned early on to prioritize others’ pain over her own, believing that love meant absorbing, fixing, and carrying what others could not. For years she quietly carried the role of caretaker for her family and other loved ones. She was the one everyone leaned on for support; she was the fixer, the over-giver, the emotional anchor.

Underneath that she lived with chronic anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and a constant fear of disappointing others. She struggled to say no. She stayed quiet when something didn’t feel right. She gave even when there was nothing left to give. Over time she realized she wasn’t even sure who she was without taking on other people's pain. She often found herself in relationships with people who needed help mending their traumas, allowing her to stay focused on fixing others instead of facing her own.

A deeper devotion to her Reiki practice and the discovery of Sound Healing and somatic vocal work changed everything. She learned how to stay present without absorbing other people's emotions. Her nervous system finally learned how to feel safe. She stopped over-functioning in relationships. She set boundaries without spiraling into guilt. She began speaking clearly instead of shrinking to keep the peace.

Now she helps others break the same cycle by supporting them in regulating their bodies and reclaiming their voice, their boundaries, and their right to take up space in their own lives.
