Move + Connect is a female-founded wellness events community based in London, created by three friends (Yaiza, Mimi and Vale) who share a passion for movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection. Drawing on our diverse backgrounds in the food, wellness and fitness scenes, we create thoughtfully curated events that bring people together to meet new friends, share stories, and build genuine connections in a fun, safe, and welcoming space.
