I have a small cafe in the City of Derry, in Culturlann which is the centre of Irish Cultural in the city. I offer a small introduction experience to Irish Baking, where you learn hands on to bake Irish Scones and traditional Irish Breads. It is a fun 90 minutes to learn traditional Irish baking - swap stories, enjoy tasting your own freshly baked scones with freshly made coffee/tea while your brown bread is baking for you take home with you. All ingredients and equipment is provided for you - the centre is very accessible and off street parking nearby, also only a 5 minute walk from centre of town (Guildhall or the Diamond).
