Maryland Food Safety Network

The Maryland Food Safety Network (MFSN) is a collaboration of the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA), University of Maryland (UMD), University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), University of Maryland Extension (UME), and the Agriculture Law Education Initiative (ALEI).

Our mission is to provide food safety education and research, and to offer practical solutions that optimize productivity and food safety for Maryland produce growers.
