Hello Beautiful People! My name is Aminah Williams, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Full Spectrum Doula and Self-Care Scholar! My mission is to support the mental wellness of the community by holding space and offering education, rest and relaxation in order to cultivate healing for all people. I also facilitate wellness and or self-care workshops with my husband under our Rychuss & Rooted Creative Wellness Initiative, which also offers creative wellness workshops. Many events will be offered in person and virtual for accessibility.
