The SMA Healthcare Foundation is a sole purpose foundation. We support the programs and services provided by SMA Healthcare by providing fundraising and awareness. SMA provides comprehensive and quality programs for individuals living with mental health challenges and substance use disorders, throughout six Florida counties (Volusia, Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, Marion & Citrus). Services include prevention, crisis, residential, outpatient, pharmacy and primary care.

The Foundation, through the Jay's Hope Fund (a donor designated fund), as well as private donations and sponsorships, hosts an annual symposium bringing awareness and education to the community about mental health and suicide prevention. More information is available at www.whoisjay.org.
