Sadie is a creative teacher who runs Felt n’ Fizz and Felt n’ Froth workshops spaces where people can really slow down and focus. Her students enjoy learning how to make something from wool using their hands and taking home their creation. Before this, she spent years as a primary school teacher, which taught her the art of clear structure and gentle encouragement. She’s all for making learning feel fun and accessible. In the week, she works as an Art Director in film production working on various set designs, so knows how to set the scene and spark creativity. Her workshops bring all of that together - a calm, well-held space where people of all ages can relax, create, connect and even surprise themselves. She’s also a kale powered contortionist, having practised yoga for 20years so is the perfect person to help organise a retreat day.
