My name is Lesley Kollikho, and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist who has worked creatively throughout my career—first as a teacher, then as a therapist, and now also as a writer. My initial psychotherapy training was with children and adolescents, which shaped my love of using imaginative and expressive approaches in the therapy room.

I now work full-time in private practice, offer clinical supervision, and facilitate workshops exploring creativity, reflective practice, and the therapist’s inner world. Alongside my therapy work, I write about themes such as beauty, vulnerability, and transformation in fiction and reflective writing.
