Siu Yeh is a late-night Chinese bar and grill located in Edmonton’s south side, serving skewers, strong drinks, and bold, snackable street food inspired by night markets in Hong Kong. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday and built for the after-hours crowd: chefs, service industry, creatives, and anyone hungry past 9pm.
