Hi, I’m Julie—an energy healer and trauma-informed coach specializing in inner child healing, embodiment, and soul-level transformation. My work is deeply rooted in the lineage of the Modern Mystery School, where I’ve trained in ancient healing modalities designed to ignite the light within and reconnect you to your highest purpose.

For over a decade, I’ve supported clients through physical, emotional, and energetic healing. With a B.A. in Dance and a background as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and Myofascial Release practitioner (trained under John Barnes), I’ve always believed that the body holds the keys to our healing. But it was through energy work that I witnessed the most profound and lasting shifts.

My approach is intuitive, multidimensional, and soul-centered. I hold a loving, non-judgmental space where healing can unfold at your own pace. My healing sessions work on the subtle levels of the physical and energetic body and to clear blocks, restore flow, and awaken your inner light. At the same time, my inner child healing coaching supports emotional integration—helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that were once neglected, silenced, or wounded and uplift them with love.
