I'm Norman Yuson Cuaño, a user experience architect in public media. My startup, A Whole Family Matter, seeks to support proactive family leaders in leading the facilitation of casual and social, holistic and relationship-centered care conversations in their families and communities, not just healthcare settings. Through webinars and workshops, I’m leading my startup to help them lead their families to:

• Assess their needs and build on their strengths
• Proactively plan and care for each other holistically and
• Learn to cooperate on-the-job and work beyond safety and survival towards a shared, negotiated understanding of risk that prioritizes well-being and delivering a dignified end-of-life experience.
