Founded in 1974, Acadiana Animal Aid is the local animal welfare organization that is leading the way in inspiring a healthy community through compassion for animals. 

We are a no kill animal adoption center for dogs and cats in the Acadiana area. Our dedicated volunteers and staff are fueled by passion, and a responsibility to educate, advocate, rescue, shelter, and protect all animals in our care until they all have a home.
