The Cabell County SUD Steering Committee consists of Beth Ann Welsh (Marshall Health Network), Bob Hansen (Recovery Point), Michael Haney (PROACT/Marshall Health Network), Anthony Stradwick (Shepherd’s House), Michael Young (Shepherd’s House), and Elizabeth McCulloch (Cabell County Family Resource Network).
