Yet only 17% of women make up the technical workforce and that number gets smaller the more skilled and technical the role is.

We run these not for profit events two times a year:

March on International Women’s Day

October on Ada Lovelace’s Day

We want to encourage more women to enter these job roles. We gather connections from local enterprises, educational establishments and recruiters to help empower women to get jobs and skills for future technologies.
