Eine Kleine Summer Music, (EKSM), is a not-for-profit volunteer run organization established in 1987. It is Saanich Peninsula's longest established summer classical music event, and is greater Victoria's most popular chamber music festival at any time of the year. EKSM presents annual concerts every Sunday afternoon in June at a local church followed by repeat concerts at a Saanich Peninsula winery. The goal of EKSM is to present concerts performed at the highest artistic level by local, provincial, national, and international musicians in dynamic and memorable concerts for our audiences. The desire is to make chamber music less intimidating and more accessible to a greater audience. Tickets are kept as low as possible allowing top quality performances affordable for seniors, students, and the general public.
