Extinction Rebellion (XR) is a mass movement that uses non-violent civil disobedience to demand action by the government on mass extinction and to minimise the risk of social collapse.

XR Birmingham is a local group for people living in and around the area. There are good links with XR Midlands.

XR Birmingham meets weekly on Thursday evenings. The first and third Thursdays of the month are general meetings at the Warehouse, Allison Street B5 5TH. Other weeks focus on Regenerative Cultures and social events.
