Friends of Sydney Gardens Website The Friends of Sydney Gardens (FoSG) are a community group dedicated to preserving and improving this Grade 2 listed pleasure park - the only one remaining in the UK. All of the money raised by hosting our events is used to renovate the park. We are currently fundraising for two major projects; repairs to the Reservoir entrance at the top of the park and to reopen the only remaining Supper Box in the UK to the public.

We were formed in November 2013 to support this historically significant Georgian Garden. The Friends liaise with the local community and encourage volunteers to get involved with their park. We organise regular volunteer gardening sessions and have a committed group of volunteers who litter pick daily to keep the park looking pristine.

We organise a variety of events throughout the year.
