Get Real is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people aged 8–25 years living with a disability, their families and carers. Services offered are all designed to develop practical skills and provide emotional empowerment. Creative methods of delivery include activity-based counselling, group coaching, animal therapy, sports development and participation, activity and adventure camps, art and expressive therapies according to the interest and needs of the participant.
