JJ Holistic Healing Arts offers calming, immersive experiences designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Through sound baths, Reiki, and guided meditation, JJ creates a safe and nurturing space where your nervous system can finally reset.

Sessions are gentle, deeply restorative, and suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

JJ Hu is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Registered Member of the Canadian Reiki Association, with over 15 years of professional healing experience. She is also an Access Bars practitioner and facilitator, sound healing practitioner and facilitator, and a mindfulness meditation teacher on Insight Timer who has supported individuals and groups through stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Her work blends energy healing with a grounded, compassionate approach.

Her events range from intimate sound baths to corporate wellness sessions, cacao ceremonies, and private celebrations. Recently featured on OMNI Mandarin News, JJ is passionate about bringing holistic healing to her community and beyond.Serving the Greater Vancouver area.
