Rocky Mountain Soul Collective was born out of my own need to sit in Circle — to be seen, held, and reminded of who I am beneath the noise.

What began as a personal search for healing has become a devotion to holding space for other women on the path of self-reclamation.

Through women’s circles, seasonal workshops, and life & soul coaching, I offer spaces that are raw, real, and rooted in love. My work is grounded in lived experience — a journey through trauma, addiction, and self-rejection into recovery, embodiment, and purpose.

I’m a Momma, Wife & Teacher. I am a Certified Life Coach (ICF), trained Circle Facilitator, and a student of Ayurveda. I am also a graduate from the school of hard knocks.

These offerings are for women craving depth, truth, and connection — with themselves and with each other.
